From October, celebrated chef James Cornwall (J Sheekey London, Seafood Room Hong Kong, Iki Jime, Cumulus Inc., Tenable) is taking over the Young Hearts kitchen for a six month residency. Marking the second chef posting at the much-loved Windsor bar, James will be bringing his upbeat take on bar food with an offering leaning on elevated comfort.
